Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% retainer secures your session date or wedding coverage. The balance is due seven days before the session or 14 days before the wedding.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to Elena's availability and weather conditions for outdoor work.
How long does it take to receive my images?
Portrait sessions are delivered within 10 business days, lifestyle sessions within 14 business days, and weddings within 4 to 6 weeks.
Are print prices included in session fees?
Prints are sold separately so you can choose the size and quantity that best fit your space. Session clients receive access to an easy print ordering gallery.
Do you travel outside Vancouver?
Yes. Vancouver, the North Shore, and nearby areas are included in standard pricing. Additional travel can be quoted for Whistler, the Sunshine Coast, or destination work.
