How quickly will Elena respond?
Elena replies to most booking inquiries within 1–2 business days. During busy wedding seasons, she may take a little longer, but she always sends an update as soon as possible.
What happens after I submit the form?
You will receive a confirmation right away. Elena will review your dates, confirm availability, ask any follow-up questions if needed, and send a booking link or next-step proposal.
Where does Elena work?
Elena is based in Vancouver and photographs throughout the Lower Mainland, including North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, and Sea-to-Sky locations by arrangement.
Can I book both a session and prints at the same time?
Yes. Mention that you'd like prints in your inquiry and Elena will include the best options for your session, collection, or gifting needs.
